Simple, clear pricing for projects big and small

Every project is different, but most fall into a few simple categories. Pricing is always confirmed before any work begins, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

  • Small Projects

    Quick, one-off design jobs such as flyers, social media graphics, business cards, and simple updates. Most small projects are quoted quickly once I see what you need and are handled in a straightforward way without a long process or unnecessary back-and-forth.

    Typical range: $125–$500

  • Standard Projects

    Design work that requires more planning, time, or multiple pieces. This can include logo design, brochures, website updates, signage packages, marketing materials, or other custom design work. Everything is clearly scoped before we begin so you know exactly what’s included.

    Typical range: $500–$2,500+

  • Larger Projects

    Larger projects such as complete branding, multi-piece campaigns, website design, or ongoing creative support. These are tailored specifically to your needs and usually involve a more in-depth scope, timeline, and planning stage before design begins.

    Typical range: $2,500–$10,000+

  • Most work is priced per project rather than by the hour. This keeps things simple and means you know the cost upfront before any work begins.

  • If you have a list of design tasks or ongoing updates, a half-day or full-day booking can be a more efficient option than quoting each item separately. This is ideal for businesses that need a focused block of design support.

  • Rush work is available depending on current availability. If you need something urgently, just send the details and I’ll let you know what’s possible and the timeline. Rush fees may apply depending on turnaround time.

  • Every project begins with a quote. Once approved, most projects begin with a 50% deposit to schedule and start the work, with the remaining balance due on completion. For smaller projects, full payment may be requested upfront.

    Payment is accepted by e-transfer, credit card, or cheque once the project is confirmed.
