Every project is different, but most fall into a few simple categories. Pricing is always discussed and approved before any work begins, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

  • Small Projects

    Quick, one-off design jobs such as flyers, posters, menus, social media graphics, business cards, and simple updates. Most small projects are quoted quickly once I see what you need and are typically handled in a straightforward way without a long process or unnecessary back-and-forth.

    Typical range: $125–$500

  • Standard Projects

    Projects that require more planning, design time, or multiple deliverables. This may include logo design, brochures, website updates, signage packages, marketing materials, or other custom design work. These projects are scoped clearly upfront so you know exactly what’s included before we begin.

    Typical range: $500–$2,500+

  • Larger Projects

    Comprehensive branding, website design, or ongoing creative support. These projects are more involved and often include multiple deliverables that work together as a complete, cohesive system. They are scoped clearly upfront so expectations, timeline, and direction are aligned before any design work begins.

    Typical range: $2,500–$10,000+

  • Every project is unique. Pricing is typically influenced by:

    • Scope: How much design work is required.

    • Complexity: Simple updates take less time than building something from scratch.

    • Deliverables: A single flyer will be priced differently than a complete marketing package.

    • Timeline: Rush projects may require scheduling adjustments and additional fees.

  • Need it quickly?

    Rush availability is limited, but can often be accommodated depending on current workload.

    • 48-hour turnaround: +50%

    • 24-hour turnaround: +100%

    Rush fees allow me to prioritize your project and adjust my schedule accordingly.

  • Most projects are quoted at a fixed project rate whenever possible. This provides clarity and ensures you know the cost before work begins.

  • Absolutely. If you have several projects or updates that need attention, a half-day or full-day booking can be a cost-effective alternative to quoting each item individually. It’s a great option for businesses that need flexible design support without committing to an ongoing contract.

    • Half-Day Design Support: Up to 4 hours of dedicated design time.

    • Full-Day Design Support: Up to 8 hours of dedicated design time.

  • Every project begins with a quote. Once approved, most projects begin with a 50% deposit to schedule and start the work, with the remaining balance due on completion. For smaller projects, full payment may be requested upfront.
